These are the mindsets which will make you become a lifelong learner, a successful engineer and whatnot. Stay tuned to change your life forever.
These are the mindsets you need to become successful in your career, even if you are not in the tech field these tips will help you.
So let's dive right into it.
Passion
The typical first piece of advice would be a passion, and it's true if you are not passionate about doing something you will not last long. It's like a relationship, you will have ups and downs but if you have true love you will not fail.
Tip - And failure doesn't count against you they will assist you in the longer run.
Don't get into web development just because someone learned it and become successful. Take your time and find out what you love.
Call to Action
Pick a skill and work on it for a month, if you love doing it continue else move on to the next skill and iterate the process.
In a year you would be the jack of 6-12 skills and you will get to know what you love doing then just one thing to do master that skill.
You have enough time it's just that we are fed with the false principle that you need to get placed asap.
Hardwork
There are 3 alternatives to hard work which Apoorv didn't mention in his video, first is hard work, second is hard work and third is hard work.
hahaha... there is no alternative to hard work and good skills are hard to acquire that is why you are spending time on it, if it was easy everyone would have learned it.
Valuable skills are hard to acquire but it's worth it.
Call to Action
The one and only (not cigarette ๐) HARDWORK
Strive For Excellence
Don't strive to become an average developer. Strive to be the best and there is nothing to stop you, it's you who is setting the bar for yourself.
And with the mindset that you can be the best of the best you need to pay the fee for that, which is hard work.
Call to Action
Jobs k piche matt bhago, Skills k piche bhago. Jobs saala jhakk marke aygi.
- Make a mindset to strive for excellence.
- Put in the required hard work.
Focus
Focus = Intensity x Time.
Therefore 25% intensity x 8hrs = 50% intensity x 4hrs.
Read Deep Work for more insights
With hard work make sure you are mentally present there, most of the time you are learning something and back of the mind you are thinking of something else.
You would be like gyaan matt de solution bata.
Call to Action

2. Meditation - When you wake up instead of checking your phone meditate for 10-20 minutes. Before learning something meditate for 10-15 minutes to get in a state where your mind is not like 150kmph.
3. Do it later list - While you are working keep a paper handy with you, anything comes to your mind (vo email reply dena h) write it on paper and tell yourself I will do it after I complete this task.

Hard work + Focus + Everyday = fruits of compounding.
This will always pay off.
